Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return period:
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns of personalized or used items will not be accepted, except in case of manufacturing defects.

Procedure:

  1. Send an email to hello@franceska.co indicating your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. We will provide instructions for completing the return.

  3. Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will proceed with a refund or send the new item, as applicable.

Shipping costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of errors by RAPA NUI S.L. or defective products.

  • In the case of exchanges, shipping costs for the new item will be covered by RAPA NUI S.L.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
